Good idea on taking the day off, minor back pain can turn into major injury very easily. Tomorrow take it slow and do things correctly.

pep talk

Still doing great bro, so a good job. I can’t tell you how proud I am of you still! Keep moving forward, you can do this. You are going to conquer tomorrow.

You are strong and have an iron will keep moving forward.

Your doing great! And definitely listen to your back and take the break. Backs are very picky in their required rest and best to listen :)
