Unfortunately for Carl, he was regulated to constant, extreme excitement, due to his job as an Exclamation Mark.
Drawn onto printer paper using a Black BIC pen and my hand, scanned and resized in Photoshop CS2, while doing nothing else.

Thanks Kennedy! He is forced do do it, and he hates it, but when you’re shaped like he is, the career opportunities don’t come knocking too often.
