I dreamed this character up during a morning nap, not sure what I want to do with him yet, but I think there is some potential for a semi-regular appearance type thing. His name is, appropriately “Evil Cat”
Drawn on printer paper, with .005 and .02 Micron black ink pens, while watching Mission: Impossible
