You know the score, keep it clean and on topic. “Spammers” & “trolls” are decimated on sight.

Auntie Rob

Hilarious!!!

Hilarious!!!

Haha, that’s awesome.

I’m not sure if it was planned or if I’ve just gone crazy but starting at ~1:20 it seems to have that “I’m looking at you regardless of where you are.” affect.

James Mathias

Thanks Rob, twice!

David, it’s the power of my mega death stare.

Richard

Hey man, that’s the most awesomenest thing I’ve seen for ages. Especially the shaving bit. Nice one. And good job finishing Whiskerino. I’ve been watching your Flickr uploads without realising they were going towards a time lapse at the end. I love it.

James Mathias

Thanks Richard, glad you enjoyed it.

Kenny Saunders

Nice!!

The shaving bit was awesome.

James Mathias

Kenny, thank you sir. Glad you enjoyed it.

Luke

Loved that, top stuff mate smile

Rob

Inspired! Where is the song from?

Jim

What is the name of the song? Who sings it? Thanks.

Maggi

I have watched this at least 10 times, lol. I made Gregg watch it and we had an argument about how you “shaved” your hair with your hand. He insisted you photoshopped the hair out…I said you just took a bunch of pictures and shaved in between. I am right, right? big grin It is totally rad. My favorite parts (besides the shaving) are the kids peeking up behind you and Amy walking past. I am so impressed. You are genius. Truely.

James Mathias

@Luke, thanks sir. I appreciate it.

@Rob & Jim, It is called Killing Machine, by How I became the Bomb Small band out of Nashville.

@Maggi. Glad you guys like it.

The entire movie until I start lip-syncing is stop motion animation. I literally took a single photo for each frame. So you are correct, I shaved and took pictures and put them together to make it look animated. The whole thing is about 200 pictures, plus the into and the final lip dub bit which is about a minute of film.

Rob

Just watched it another 3 times. I’ve commented already, but I have to say again, it is absolute genius - hope the work situation picks up for you soon.

High five from a London based designer.
