Coming Soon
imagined by: James Mathias
Ok so, I found out that I can get a copy of IPB 2.0.3 to upgrade the commune for being a staff member at IPS, so I will be upgrading the commune in the near future, after I clear out my “in tray” at work.
Also I have two short stories coming to the site in due time, they will be “Scientific Talking Dinosaur from the Future” and “Kentucky Pie”, they will both have illustrations and text, and I hope to get them up soon, but not before they’re ready.
Lastly, I have been making some tweaks and changes to the site as I have time after work, and I would like suggestions to make your [the reader] experience better. Post’em if you got’em.
Till tommorow.

Every day I come here I am impressed by something new. Today, it was the new quotes along with the sun glasses, nice touch. As for suggestions, I only have one. Show us what OnePanel can do.

How do you mean? Like screen shots? Everything you see on the site is produced by OnePanel, is there anything I’m missing?

Bleh, I need to quit replying at night. Actually, I meant, try use OnePanel to it’s fullest extent. Show us why it’s better than the rest. Before I knew what OnePanel was, I asked you if it was a content management system, you said yes and much much more. Prove it!

Not sure how I can prove it’s full functionality to you without giving you access to the admin panel, which I am not going to do…
Tell me how to prove it to you, and I’ll see what I can do.

Well, I guess I really don’t know what to expect. When I was looking for a content management system, they all seemed to be aimed towards a different set of features. I’ll just wait until OnePanel’s release, and see what information you provide. :P

Apart from having to look twice where it says “Peoplephile” when I thought it said “Paedophile” note, this is not a slur on the character of anyone it just looked like it for like a half a split of a millisecond and it freaked me the hell out.
Other than that? Not really, other that getting graphical smilies in, instead of plain text ones. Looking forward to the new Commune already - haven’t seen IPB lately.

p.s hurry and release OnePanel … you have me intrigued enough to want to give you money for it.

Peoplephile was for Chuck, specifically, as he mentioned in passing that he was not mentioned often enough on my blog. So as a joke I made the section real quick.
I almost made it homophile for homosapiens, but I did not want it to get misconstrued as homosexual. Although I suppose misreading people for paedo is even worse.
Ha Ha…
As for OnePanel, I am currently developing 2.0 which will be the first publically available version, so far 1.0, and 1.1 have been distributed privately and to select clients, with some very good feedback.

Hrm, I don’t know about you guys, but I liked the comments field better when it had the lighter colored backgrounds. :\

I’m just playing with it. It has a look, I just need to find it.
